This facility had a long history of being violent and dangerous. It had been called a "gladiator school" in the past because of large number of fights and homicides taking place here. Access to the prison library was a special privilege and during our visit these prisoners were studying the concept of bitcoins. The facility closed in 2021 due to budget cutbacks.
